Building Safer Communities

Our team's journey is a testament to resilience. Where others saw hopelessness, we see opportunity. We've taken the pain of losing loved one's, and friends and turned it into a driving force for change. OSM Conglomerate is not just a nonprofit—it’s a movement to reclaim community, rebuild dignity, and restore hope in areas where it’s been stripped away. Our ultimate mission? To empower marginalized individuals—especially youth—with the skills, mindset, and healing necessary to rise above violence, poverty, and incarceration, and instead thrive as creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Join us in fostering safer communities and brighter futures for Chicago's youth

In many parts of Chicago, especially on the South and West Sides, young people grow up surrounded by poverty, crime, and limited access to education or mental health resources. The community is increasingly shaped by gang culture, economic disinvestment, and generational trauma—leaving many youth with few safe options and limited hope for their future. This problem is compounded for individuals returning from incarceration, who face barriers in housing, employment, digital literacy, and civic reintegration. Many suffer from unaddressed trauma and substance abuse, further increasing their risk of recidivism and community instability. There is an urgent need for culturally relevant, community-based, and comprehensive programming that meets people where they are—offering healing, skill development, and a clear path forward..

Youth Empowerment and support

Youth empowerment isn't just a buzzword-it's a lifeline. Studies show that when teens are connected to mentorship, creative outlets, and economic opportunities, the cycle of violence and poverty begins to break. This is especially vital for at-risk youth in underdeveloped neighborhoods, where resources are scarce but talent is unlimited. At O$M Conglomerate, we've designed real-world, hands-on programs that speak the language of today's youth:

- Financial Literacy for Teens

- Music Production, Recording & Engineering

- Podcasting & Social Media Marketing

- Mental Health & Trauma Support

- Youth Entrepreneurship Training

- Movie & Content Creation

- Clothing Line Start Up

- Published Author's & Audio Book Creation

“I came home to no family, no where to go period. I bumped into Shune and he bought me into the program, and i've been good ever since.”
